Doorman vs No Doorman

Does anyone know where I can find out the value of a 24 hour doorman vs. partime? Does it effect the value of the unit? Do buildings without a 24 hour doorman have a higher drive rate?

Shouldn't make a difference since your building can always add another doorman to make it 24 hrs. This will increase maintenance. Take 50k per year or so and divide by 12 and then by the number of units to get cost.
