okay it is listed in 2007 for 3.495mm. it stays on the market so long it is reduced to 2.495 mm in may of 2008. it does not sell. it is then INCREASED to 2.995 mm? Do these brokers get it? it does not sell. nothing is done to the apt. they INCREASE the price. Now it is back to 2.795mm. Hey dummies the market is down from 2007. if it did not sell for 2.495 then you need to lower it below that not play games. I wonder if the seller is in a coma or something.

here we go again. listing sunk to 2.1 mm and did not sell so what do they do re-list it at 2.5 mm. great marketing strategy. i think the seller must be brain dead in a coma or something. the broker must be with him holding his hand.

Owner bought for 1.6ish in mid 2005.

take a look at the video...somebody spent a ton of money --- not wisely, but a ton...gold plated bathroom fixtures?
