OMG - you too?! I just put in 5 bids at 20% above ask hoping that just one of them sticks but I'm trying hard to manage my expectations. Haven't put my own place on the market yet but at these levels, what's the rush? Every day means more money!

"if you do work for streeteasy"

Don't. I make too much money.

The winner is the guy with the biggest dick.

I just put in a bid at 95% off the listing price on a condo. The owner countered by knocking another 4% off the price, because he felt the market had dropped in those ten minutes.

Then 14 other condo owners in the building got wind, and they're offering to pay me for their condos.

SteveF - I'll pay you 50% off recent comps for all of the properties that you're desperately trying to unload.

Please post the listings for your properties, SteveF.

Again, I'm serious.
