Any thoughts on what the Moynihan Station project will have on condos in that immediate area?

Non-commuter train stations do not generally make neighborhoods better... usually the opposite. Granted, the trains are already there.. I figure the retail/traffic is going to spread the nightmare of herald square a couple blocks over.

Hmmm. Do you feel the same way about WTC area and the planned Fulton Street Transportation Hub?
