Discussion about
how do I list a condo unit for rent?
unless you're a realtor, you don't. it's not a for-sale-by-owner site.
try ' craiglist.com ' instead
Would you be renting for $2000 or less and is it in Manhattan? If so, I would be interested!
I have 2/Br Rental for April/2007 in TriBeCa, No FEE !!! call me for details: 646-281-9811
I'm looking for 2bdrm in Tribeca. Need at least 1500 sq. ft two kids need one large second bdrm.
How much you asking?
sorry,this is not a 1500 sqft apt. Approx~ 850 sqft. It is $4195
Intersting a 850 sq ft two bedroom. How many square ft is second bedroom?

#10, where can you get a three bedroom in Tribeca for $4200? I couldn't find a decent 2 bedroom for less than $5500.
FrankG--Have you tried those building on the tribeca/bpc cusp on the water? 41 and 22 river terrace, the solaire, tribeca green, 400 chambers? (Most affordable of those buildings are 41 and 22 river terrace)
Thanks, I already live there. Paying 6k for 1250 ft. they are not worth it .
paying 6k a month...what is going on here?? I make 150k before taxes and am having a hard time paying 2,500 a month. is everyone out there making 500k?
i agree...6k a month.. i'm living in another world. I make 104k before taxes. We definitely neeed redistribution of wealth in this country. Something is definitely wrong!!!
I'm paying 12k a month for a 3 bedroom duplex on East End Ave.
12k a month...i would jump out my window but i'm on the 2nd floor..
