sorry,this is not a 1500 sqft apt. Approx~ 850 sqft. It is $4195

#10, where can you get a three bedroom in Tribeca for $4200? I couldn't find a decent 2 bedroom for less than $5500.

FrankG--Have you tried those building on the tribeca/bpc cusp on the water? 41 and 22 river terrace, the solaire, tribeca green, 400 chambers? (Most affordable of those buildings are 41 and 22 river terrace)

Thanks, I already live there. Paying 6k for 1250 ft. they are not worth it .

paying 6k a month...what is going on here?? I make 150k before taxes and am having a hard time paying 2,500 a month. is everyone out there making 500k?

i agree...6k a month.. i'm living in another world. I make 104k before taxes. We definitely neeed redistribution of wealth in this country. Something is definitely wrong!!!
