Unlike otehr landlords in Chelsea, Rockrose refuses to re-negotiate leases or give concessions to current tenants. They are real pigs. Rockrose deserves to get slaughtered.

let me know when Glenwood gets on board. Their prices are still out of control...BUT listings are up. I guess it's just a matter of time now.

No, Rockrose will advertise 1 bedrooms as "two." You need to check on the Rockrose site itself and see how many BATHROOMS it has.

sorry, spoke too soon. That is a tenement bldg. So it could be real, but on the fifth floor. Still one bath, though. What I said about rockrose is true, though. Always click on the floor plan with them.
