Along with related and rose, glenwood is considered to be one of the premiere luxury rental companies. Their buildings, however, are completely dull and look the same. They are either bland white highrises or ugly brown. It would be nice if NYC actually catches up to Chicago and start putting up innovative apartments and condos.

Why does it matter for the residents what it looks like from the outside as long as the inside are nice.

Glenwood buildings do all look the same. 10 Barclay and Grand Tier are identical, as well as the bamford and belmont.
