What could be the matter with this listing? Also, the matter can be approached as a return to 2005 price. I mean, the listing seems to be frozen in time, in every sense: http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/36301-coop-36-west-96th-street-upper-west-side-new-york

I think the agency just hasn't updated the listing. This happens sometimes.

Looks like it closed in 2006, but Streeteasy couldn't match the apartment numbers.

Matching can be tricky with coops, because they don't have unique lot numbers.
