Anyone hear of cancellations at The Brompton?

Just wondering...am sure there were a lot of finance and lawyer type buyers in that building (it being in the Upper East Side where money used to be present - or atleast in the current past!) Building not doing closings until early January so wondering if there would be cancellations...hmmm...
