Should drive commercial rents even lower. It's also got to get filled. Do you eat crack for breakfast?
i wouldn't hold your breath.
totallyclueless....i thought you SMOKED crack?..whatever. Let's hope for those jobs ehh? It would be great if that tower was filled with workers tomorrow, right? You really hope things get better for people don't you? Because if you don't, than you really are a not a good person...have a great day..:)
steve,
sure, i hope things get better. and who is my hope worth anything to? analysis is a lot more valuable than hope.
A very strange thing has occurred in the last few years and that is the mistaken impression that increasing home prices and rents are good for the economy. All that it does is increase the length of time in your life you have to spend working just to survive. So yes, I do hope that things get better for the people of nyc and I mean the people, those who take the A-train downtown at 430 am, and not some landlords who bought some buildings many years ago. That doesn't help the turnover of wealth and simply creates a stagnant wealthy oligarchy. Maybe I'm a crackhead but this is the way I see it.
happy and totally....nice to read. For a father/mother to not have a job to support their family is something that I don't want to even think about. If we can offer anything, even hope for better days ahead, than let's do it. btw, those rich landlords do provide jobs. Anyhow, good luck to you both.
yes it is totally good to get a low-wage job generated by a high wage earner and have your cost of living quintuple .... that is so good for the mom and dad .....
