How much to clean/maintence the PTAC units ?

For those of you in the new/old developments with PTAC units. How much does it cost for maintenance and cleaning of those things. I want to know if the amount they are charging me seems reasonable. It seems to be kind of steep for a 1 time/annual washing. Thanks in advance.
