Urban Digs says apartments are closing at 15-18% off peak right now, and thats with a 75% drop in sales volume... so, you probably have 20% discounts if you want 'em.

But, I figure we have till at least Q1 numbers are out (so, April) before any chance of slowing the dive... so, yes, patience...
