What do people think about rentals in Brooklyn Heights? I'm seeing some aggressive pricing almost as if they were in Manhattan and almost as if they don't realize the whole market is declining somewhat. Just my opinion.

As sales begin to significantly slow down, I would expct rents to begin increasing this spring.
