Anyone notice a decrease in ads running on street easy or other sites from new developments such as Edge, Star Tower, East Hill, 119th & Third...Are they conserving ammunition and hoping for a miracle on the other side of the new year? Or are they running low on ammo?

Clearly, those units sell themselves. Buy now or be priced out forever!

Now that we are at the end of the year, their ad buys with Street Easy have likely expired.
