In Manhattan, a Flood of Available Office Space

Last year, when the New York real estate market was still frothy, large blocks of office space were hard to come by. Not anymore. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/03/business/03blocks.html?ref=business Guess why? Lost jobs. Guess what that portends?

Just imagine the next shoe to drop and how many credit defaults swaps and the counter party risk from the collapse of the commercial real estate market!!!!!
