Riv--I remember that one. I thought the ask was quite reasonable--interesting to see it got a 9% haircut.

And that 9% haircut was in August, before the serious declines started.

yep - it sat on the market for a few months, but the broker never cut the price. She was aggressive with the open houses.

yup- I saw that. It's too bad - another 100K drop and it may have had some bids.

Supposedly, brokers are saying that once the Q4 closing prices are posted people will be shocked.
