Is the apartment REALLY 900 square feet? That is huge for a studio, no?

20 pine apartments generally waste a lot of space, given that..

1) Bathrooms are HUUUUUUGE for studios.... separate shower and tub, and a TON of standing space in between. We're talking small bedrooms here

2) Strange layouts because of the conversion from office. Large floor plates, so long halways and interesting coves.

Not saying its 100% accurate, but the Pine stuff runs "big".

And ALL of it is getting spanked... major cuts all over the place.

it is 900 sq ft. Some of these have horrible views of the office building next door - not a residential fee. Some of course are better than that.

20 Pine has a lot of inventory on the rental side, a lot of investors bought in, and there's still construction.

Apartment kitchens are a bit slim, that may be ok for many. The vibe is very young, not very family oriented and certainly with no sense of establishment. The floors in the apartments are dark wood which is not necessarily a warm taste. Bathrooms are huge but they don't subtract from apartments because most of the apartments, including the studios, are oversized.

There is an 1100 square foot rental in the building for $3k now.

Down from $4750.

Its a free fall..
