Oro and putting 10% down

I am about to close after putting 10% down a year ago, and have heard that others had put down less than 10. Is that true/

I read a thread here that suggested some Oro buyers only put 5% down. Not sure if that's true, but what difference does it make at this point?

Given the increasing number of folks giving up on deposits, a pretty big different. A big loss vs. a 2x loss...

Also, someone who put down 5% is a lot more likely to dump the deposit, particularly with the market down double digits.
