Why are you so concerned about this building? Admit it, your a buyer trying to drive down prices because you want to buy here on the cheap.

I wish that was the case. I happen to live in the building and wasn't told about the issues prior to buying. It is what it is. Someone trying to do something good. We have had a list of problems that could choke a horse. I wish this wasn't true but it is. Most if not all can be fixed but at what price? Who should pay? I didn't buy a fixer-upper for millions of dollars, did I?

May I know what these problems are? I also have a unit there. There's a problem with some of the plaster on the balcony's which I was informed will be repaired soon. Aside from that, I thought it has the best value for money among the other developments in the area and has the best view.
