We saw a couple great apartments at 145 West 67th Street (Tower 67) today. Does anyone have any experiences with the building? The biggest problem appears to be construction across the street (at least one massive site, and another that looked like they might be starting something). They weren't working today, so we couldn't get a good sense of the noise factor. Anyone have any intelligence on that? Thanks in advance. P.S. Sorry for the double thread.
