Why the hate? She's good at what she does. It's a market segment most of us can only envy from afar, which might explain the bitterness here.

As for the "97% of the listing price" thing, that's standard marketing hype. Most broker biographies contain some equally meaningless filler.

Thanx, West81st; I think Paula is a goddess. She's very refined & elegant & her listings are always nicely researched & presented. I think that she's class with a capital K.
