Discussion about
Anyone familiar with this building? Saw some listings for apartments there for rent. I may go take a look. Curious if anyone has heard anything, good, bad, indifferent?

Can't weigh in on the building itself, which I personally think looks like a large steel-and-glass turd, but you cannot beat the location - literally 50 paces from the express subway stop and nabe is terrific.

Agreed re the location and neighborhood. I lived in the Lyric (another rental right next to it) several years ago and would not mind going back to the neighborhood.

I care relatively little about a building's aesthetics--I'm not wealthy enough to have pretensions of architectural grandeur.
