many apts are available in battery park city for short terms. I stayed in one for 6 weeks many years ago. Area is not my cup of tea, but better than nothing.

I am researching the information on an available furnished condo available for 6 months..Would you consider renting for that long?

May I ask you what the rent would be?

I am planning with 4000/ month. We are geting the furniture in two months, so renting a furnished apartment for any longer than 2 months would not make sense. Thanks.

Update: I found an ok 2-BR for under 4000. I found it on Craigslist. It is best to deal with agents from the management companies. Brokers did not find anything that was competitive. The websites mentioned above were too expensive for me. There are no furnished apartments at the Ariel. Thank you everybody for your help.
