studio? Or 1 BR?

Why would this be listed as a studio: http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/421132-coop-66-madison-avenue-midtown-south-new-york The floor plan seems to make it clear that it's a (small) 1 BR? Just another example of why we can't rely on floorplans?

It could be an alcove studio with a wall built..they can look like a small one bedroom.

Doesn't a "bedroom" need to have a closet?
That place looks like a ripoff, anyway.

The listing describes the unit as a "junior one bedroom" which is typically a alcove studio sized unit that either has or could have a wall to make a small bedroom.
