Hello, A buyer wanted to know if this building is well insulated for noise and is concerned about noise from neighbors. Are the walls and ceilings thick enough to mute neighbors' voices and children running overhead?

The ceilings are pretty good at noice insulation, as they are cement. The walls are typically post war construction. You can easily hear people in the halls talking loudly, loud music and doors shutting, but unless people are talking very loudly in neighboring apartments, that wasn't a problem.
