Obviously no one knows. Personally, I don't get why anyone would ever buy a studio, but its in a great location, so that helps. I wouldn't be shocked by a 30% drop.

Who are the buyers for studios?

I think small boxes are still over priced. I noticed that $1 million+ declines and lower price points decline later. Lots of boxes left which I see can decrease in price.

Well, I can't imagine that this sells for over $1k psf... so at least another 15% off tha tprice...
