well this one started at a price this broker felt was "right", she listed, re-listed held open houses (sadly not many came), months went by, she reduced the price, somoene made her an offer and she rejected it (won't recommend such an offer to the seller) and now raises the price back in the direction towards the true value of the property as she originally listed it
might even get her a sale............
