NYC's 80/20 program

Rent control, rent stabilization, 80/20, subsidized housing all just raise the price for everyone else - renters and owners. Not sure why people think they have a right to live in Manhattan.

jgr, i agree with you entirely. Living in a nice building in manhattan is not a god given right. But according to the liberals who run this city, it apparently is.

I sincerely hope that NYC gets its act together and get rid of these insane rent policies.
