This goes for most every media outlet: nice 20/20 hindsight, dumbasses. "Bonuses were out of control!" "Gardeners were 'scooping up' five and six houses in Las Vegas -- how outrageous" you write in late 2008. GMAFB.

Meanwhile, blogs like housingpanic outflanked you and exposed your lame business model and coddled, ivory tower reportage.

They did the same with RE.

Hell, worse, they promoted the bullshit on the way up, and I'm sure they'll get lots of mileage on the market crash stories now...
