Discussion about
Can anyone tell me why maintenance is so high in this building? Is it because of the fancy name?
sorry to digress but what's so fancy abt the name? by definition, it's a winding road cut into the side of a steep hill or along the face of a coastal cliff. i suppose that anything that's french sounds fancy like on menus, "champignons" is simply "mushrooms"
I think the reference was to the Rolls Royce Corniche but I would think that the maintenance would have to be based on more than a chi-chi name.
Thanks moron
its 60%+ tax deductable - high mortgage; buildling converted in the late 80s so its a new mortgage as well
ps: you should know the subway line will be drilling from RIGHT in front of the buildling so i would think twice about the pollution and noise before buying
Thanks moron. Why do idiots insist on posting? I thought this site was for adults of some intelligence.
aha a real answer. corniche = watch out!
