Why should they accept the fact that the R.E. bubble has busted when Barbara "Bob" Corcorcan and I have said now is the time to buy at 37 West 12th Street. Buy now or be priced out forever at 37 West 12th Street. Go to the sales opps rent office and catch that falling knife at 37 West 12th Street.

Is this some kind of automated message that motombonyc is posting on a lot of different threads?

Dear Muto, the phrase "catch a falling knife" does not signify a good thing. You might want to stop including it in your sales pitches. The meaning is, if you try to "catch a falling knife" you'll get cut, the implicit meaning is, don't buy in a market where prices or falling or you will get wounded.

Is English not your first language? Maybe you should stay away from the idioms, they're not your strong suit.

GG take the plug out of your butt and stop being a crotch I know what it means and being fecious. Do you know what fecious mean or do you want the dictionary definition?

I would like the definition of fecious, because I'm pretty sure it's not in the dictionary. Perhaps you mean facetious?
