(Discussing Sale at 231 Tenth Avenue) nice layout though it over looks air conditioner units and the sound must be lourd and once they build building across from the high line you will feel very closed in- too close - low to the highline if you were higher iup it would be fine- too bad its a nice place probbaly should sell in the 1.45 to 1.5 range. Building has no gym and is around a lot of potential new contruction-

It would have sold already if it had been in the Maison East...the best building in NYC!

hih? to last statement- it hasn't sold b/c of price and its close proximity to air conditioning units 1.35 is a good price for thos one-

any other thoughts on why this hasn't sold? do you think they are serious sellers? what is maison east btw?

maison east is a piece of dump renovated apts. ugly, poor karma and fung shei

one of the tops floors is for sale at 3.696 it started at 4.2 something the owner paid 2.4 for it never lived in
