I beg to differ. Chicago's best neighborhoods are Plano, Fort Worth, Allen, Mesa, Henderson, Katy, Arlington, Carrolton, Richardson, Summerlin. Because after all, neighborhoods are about people, and those places are where Chicagoans have been moving in droves.
