I lived at Northern blvd and 60th. northern edge of it,
beautiful, very peaceful and up and coming.

it is better to the north of the 7 line 61st street
one block past it on the south is not so much

ny times did a great article in march, check it out

awesome restaurants.
dollar goes a long way everything is so much cheaper and it only takes me 15 minute to grand central.

There is a variety of restaurants are available throughout Roosevelt Ave and Queens Blvd. Most joints are not your typical chain store, which makes it more interesting. There is a McDonald's, Wendy's, and White Castle nearby in Sunnyside if you're craving.

I lived in Woodside for 7 years. Great restaurants there (beyond fast food) and you have jackson heights nearby. I bought in Sunnyside, but I think Woodside has a lot of great value. The express train is excellent and you have LIRR right there.
