Nomination for worst apartment EVER?

Goodness- makes slumdog millionaire look like Bel-Air...The stench was so overpowering I had to walk out.. When I first started my search a few months back, it seemed new listings were generally cleaned up, scattered items put away and the appearance of effort was somewhat sincere. In the last few weeks though, feels like some of the apt's I've seen on the UES have just given up..Messy, half-assed..It's just pathetic, and these are for apartment in the $900-$1.5mm range..

The vast majority of apartments in the upper east side are total shitholes.

in the Upper East Side? I didn't know the UES was something you went into. Is it an edifice?

that is the first sign that everything you are about to read is BULLS@#T..I find it disgraceful and have made it a habit to e-mail any broker who waxes eloquently about the merits of said apartment without pix and try to shame them into putting them up. Hasn't worked yet.

ya, noticed there's no pics of the apt, bad sign. So, looks bad & smells bad. It's now $691 PSF.
This reeks of desperation:
"MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION!! PRICED TO SELL- BRING ALL OFFERS!"
