i am not sure if the broker or the owner is more nuts but rumor has it this broker looks out for number one and her number one is not the client

broker lives in and knows the building. price is way higher than prior sales on a per sq fgt basis.

SS is AWFUL and seemingling has questionable ethics-

SS is the worst broker out there! I delt with her on a coop and she is an outright lier and a cheet. Never deal with her!

Why does Susan Singer have such a bad rap She's the selling broker on a prop I'm interested in in London Terrace but this post has me cautious.

I can tell you from exp to stay away from anything Susan Singer represents. Everything she will tell you is a lie - everything! If you're really interested in the apartment then do yourself a favor and do your due diligence, get a good lawyer with experience in the building if possible and scrutinize everything SS tells you b/c it will be all BS.
