I moved into a co-op this past year and it seems like the co-op board is invisible. There has never been a letter, meeting, greeting, etc - no communications. Is this typicalof a Co-op?

could be. but many coop boards hire a managing agent company to run their communication, etc for them. does your building have a managing agent?

you need to go to www.NYCMOVE.COM they seem to have a lot of answers and give great help!
