Leaving the building, rent a 2 bdrm/2 bath...can get a 3bdrm/3bth...bigger & full service building cheaper....look around people

I agree. Given the awful location, it's terribly overpriced.

Agreed, this building WAY overpriced...I know multiple people who rented for a year when it was brand new and then left because they got tired of overpaying.

I guess people are paying for Whole Foods ? Would really appreciate recommendations for more reasonably priced rental buildings in the area.
