Rental trucks only business thriving in Manhatan

People have to reserve a rental truck, such as Ryder, Budget, U Haul up to 3 months in advance because there is such demand to move away from NYC. 2007 was the last year NYC was considered the capitol of anything. Now it is only the capitol of job losses and economic inactivity. I hope real estate goes down to the price where the seller has to pay you for buying it.
