Discussion about
Job losses and the loss of prospects are forcing residents of NYC to uproot en masse and head to more affordable cities, such as Orlando, Dallas and Atlanta. It is expected that nearly 2 million people will abandon the big apple before the U.S. government's 2010 census. This should be welcomed and good news for all bloggers on streeteasy, who rejoice in seeing NYC lose status, population and economic power. Now maybe you can afford to buy that penthouse for $200,000 you've been dying for.

You don't like it here either. That's why you post negative things about it. We're the same!

Wow Rufus has finally lost it. He was borderline for a few months but his gtt persona is honestly a bit scary.

You're a pathetic loser. You understand that, right? You're nowhere close to being the same as me.

I guess someone forgot to show Rufus that little thing called statistics.

1 million more people by 2030? I suppose in his mind that is somehow a 23% cut.
