Costas Kondylis: Worst architect

The man has probably designed more NYC residential buildings than anyone else out there, and his work is a total travesty. It lacks imagination and originality. He just uses the same design over and over again because NYC lets people put up garbage. For example, compare 10 Barclay and Grand Tier, two luxury glenwood rentals that were designed by Kondylis. They virtually look IDENTICAL. It's no surprise that Kondylis has not done any work in Chicago, since he would be laughed out of the city. In Chicago only the most innovative work is being done, which explains why their residenial buildings are so much superior to NYC.
