Looks like somebody has been reading SE too much! Just broker $1,000psf. on CPW... yah I know I'm gonna get a lot of yada yada yada... but interesting none the less... in 2004 this would've gone in a bidding war... now it sits all by its lonesome... :)

w67: fyi we have discusssed this apartment ad naseum on other threads. It is really an unattractive apartment, but you are right, three years ago there wouldve been bidding wars for this.....
