River House--anyone buying?

I'm looking at some rentals there. There are 3 in the same line, each represented by a different broker, two have described the owners as "motivated" and a third lied to me saying one of the two didn't exist and another of the two was going for a different price than I was able to find (thanks Streeteasy!). The two "motivated" ones are owned by people in the outer boroughs. I think because of the high monthlies, the owners have even less cushion than say a 20 Pine owner.

I am. Closing in the next few days. Beautiful unit, very happy with it.
