KEEP AWAY as a renter!!! The landlord is a slum landlord, and you do not want to live here. The super does not keep the building in repair, the landlord knows about it, and does not care. Additionally, to the illegal disrepair and harassment you get from the super and landlord regarding a repair, the noise level between apartments is intolerable. There is no insulation; you can hear everything that goes in the apartment above you...so a full night's sleep is out as walking floors in the creaky floorboards is pounding above your heard in the middle of the night, suddenly waking you up -- even if your neighbors above tip toe...AGAIN, STAY AWAY!!
