Any FSBOs out there?

I'd be curious as to what percent of Manhattan listings are FSBO. My impression is that the figure is very low - and very low relative to much of the rest of the country. I haven't been to a FSBO open house in many years.

Anyone?

We sold our apartment FSBO almost a year ago. We had a great experience, sold it for a decent price in 3 months without a brokers fee. The market was stronger than since it was almost a year ago.

I bought my place FSBO and everything went smooth. Four years and a few upgrades later I am listing the same place this week FSBO and will be holding an open house Jan. 11th. I will let you know how it goes.
