An arsonist set fire to this building in Oct. '08 gutting the basement. (Actually, three separate fires were set, according to the official fire marshall report someone posted in the elevator.) The front door lock was completely broken for 3 wks preceding the fire, which probably gave the arsonist access to the building. Despite the fire, the management still allowed two weeks to pass after the fire before properly repairing the front door. Horribly negligent management. Any one else have comments to share about this building?

in the late 70's landlords were setting fires to entire buildings in the south bx (w/ tenants in place)... this is like someone overdid a bag of popcorn. Post something when it gets interesting :)
