Discussion about
My current building has a small workout room, but since I work out a lot and am tired to walking to the gym, I'm interested in moving to a building with a really nice gym. I'm open to both rentals and condos. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

prada, I'm pretty open. But my preference is south of 34th, especially gramercy, flatiron, chelsea, tribeca, soho, village. I'm open to other areas, however.

Gramercy Starck has a really cool gym, not huge, but one of the nicer ones I have seen in a condo.

I was quite impressed by the gym at the Starck building at 15 Broad.
