Nest Seekers Blow

My brother is an on-site agent in Midtown and said that Nest Seekers lost most of their agents this year....some left the business altogether, but he has seen alot come to his building with new companies.

Im sure this isnt the only company this has happened to.

but by going on MIA, they miss out on their commissions. I guess if they go someplace else, they can make new commissions. But it seems so easy to just follow though and get their $$. Hmmm... does this mean I wouldn't have to pay the compensation to the broker at closing?

Compensation goes to the firm, not to the agent. Nest Seekers will get paid even though the rep you worked with might not.
