175 Payson in Inwood -- only one unit sold?

This is in my neighborhood. It's on a site that was formerly occupied by a community garden. It's a weird site, because it's at the corner of a fairly busy street -- Seaman Ave -- and a fairly quiet street, Payson Ave. The construction appeared to be completed several months ago -- I know in the summer I was saying to a friend that the darn thing was finished, and apparently nothing was sold. I went to the open house for the two level unit. Was not that impressed. The one bedroom with the garden is primed for burglaries.

i invest heavily uptown and agree with reddog...it's just not a good building. my personal belief is that the value uptwon is nthe solid pre-wars...the new construction does little for me.
