This developer is known for the very high end. But, he and his partners were just sued for non-repayment of a loan on another property.
240 PAS is a great development, totally new construction on Park Ave South / just north of Union Square. Very premium pricing. What is going on with 11D is smoking out the flippers in this development, and so the pricing is basically going back to the original developer's pre-construction pricing back in 2006. Definitely interesting to see how other apartments play out, and how many other owners were stretched with their purchases and need to sell soon vs. being able to ride it out.
